Hebrew School Students Win Big at the Agricultural Fair

We are happy to share that this summer, the Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew School students brought home blue and red ribbons at the Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Society Fair.

The “Tree” Project was a beautiful, vibrant piece of art made in honor of Tu Bishvat. The project earned a second-place red ribbon.

The first-place blue ribbon was presented to a mosaic project created by the MVHC Hebrew School kids. Director Anita Smith holds this program for students and family members. The kids bashed and glued tiles to create a beautiful mosaic.

Guided by the “Joy not Oy” philosophy, students of the MVHC Hebrew School are encouraged to explore Jewish life and tradition through creativity.

At our Hebrew School, the kids grow and explore the Jewish culture through art projects, music, celebrations, and more.

We invite your family to join us in the community and the MVHC Hebrew School. Discover more and enroll your child today, and let them be part of our creative, joyful experience!
