The Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action (JALSA), a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to advancing social, economic, environmental, and racial justice through Jewish values, will lead a virtual workshop on February 25 at 7:00 p.m. focused on immigration and the Jewish community’s responsibility at this moment. The workshop will be presented by Noah Lanckton, Community Organizer, JALSA. Participants will learn about JALSA’s current work, explore Jewish teachings related to immigration, examine recent federal and state policy developments, and conclude with concrete ways each of us can take action to support Immigrant Justice.
