Tu B’Shevat is the Jewish holiday honoring the trees: despite the continued chill of winter, the hours of sunlight are increasing and the sap is beginning to flow. We come together to bless the fruits, offer gratitude for the abundance of the earth, to eat and enjoy together, and to recommit to caring for the earth and all its creations.
