Musical Trio at Sukkot 2025

Sukkot is a time to gather, celebrate, and enjoy time with the community. The perfect way to enjoy this celebration with the community is through music! This year’s Sukkot Jazz Brunch in the Sukkah will feature a trio of Island musicians who all bring different musical touches to their performances.

We are excited to welcome Eric Johnson back to MVHC after joining us for many Shabbat services over the years. Eric is an experienced guitarist and bassist with over 10 years of experience, he is able to blend jazz, folk, and contemporary styles to make every gathering feel special.

On the keyboard for this event will be Jeremy Berlin, who is a Vineyard jazz icon. Jeremy has played with numerous artists and tour groups over the years. He has a way of drawing listeners in and setting the perfect mood for all events. With his many years of experience playing jazz, blues, and many other genres, Jeremy’s keyboarding skills will be a great addition to our event.

And finally we are proud to welcome Taurus Biskis and his percussion skills. Taurus is a well known Island percussionist and vocalist, whose spirit will greatly complement Eric and Jeremy’s sounds.

The three musicians have played together numerous times including as the Jeremy Berlin Jazz Trio. They delighted audiences at Pathways, joined by 12 singers, this February. We have no doubt they will be the perfect centerpiece to our Jazz Brunch in the Sukkah.
