A Social Action Opportunity for January 2026

We are wishing you and yours a Happy New Year! Leading up to Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 19th, we hope you will consider opportunities to volunteer with our Social Action Committee. Find one of these opportunities below, courtesy of the Social Action Committee Chair, Stacy Goldfarb.

Friday, January 23rd, 9:30 AM-12:00 PM

Serving Hands/Family 2 Family Food Distribution
First Baptist Parish Hall

The schedule of events is as follows:

• 9:30 am – Unloading
• 10:00 am – packing
• 11:00 am – Distribution
• 12:00 pm – Clean up

Delivery drivers are particularly needed!
